FREEMAN
Leon & Linda Cary (llcary@email.msn.com)  15 January 2002
We are currently researching the FREEMAN that resided in the Goodland area in the early 1900âs and would like to find someone, living in the Goodland area, to assist us in our search and in obtaining document copies.  Our family data includes the following:
1. Fern Lee FREEMAN married Loren Clark CARY,  February 14, 1927 in Goodland, KS.  (Need a copy of marriage record)
2. Fern Freemanâs grandfather, Bruington L. FREEMAN , homesteaded land 1912
(S 1/2NE quarter of section 8 in Twp 6S of Range 37W 6thPM) Sherman Co., KS
We have a copy of the BLM land record.  Need copy of deed of sale or any related documents.
3. We can find no record of Bruington L FREEMAN (aka=B L) or wife Elizabeth (Gordon) FREEMAN after 1912; we wonder if they died and were buried in Goodland?
Need death certificate/burial records and probate/wills, if any
4. Bruington L. FREEMAN had a son named Robert A. FREEMAN.  LDS records indicate a Robert A. FREEMAN resided/died in Goodland in 1951.  We believe they are the same person.  Need death certificate/burial records, if any.
