My name is Eric Kasum.  My ancestors are Andersons from Salina, Kansas and before that from Sweden.  They were Swedish founders of the Rose Hill church (possibly Lutheran?).  I'm trying to trace my ancestors back to the most recent known person, Milroy "Jack" Anderson b. Feb 29, 1900 (Leap Year) in Salina, KS.  He was a carpenter and his family came over from Sweden in 1865, and went from Chicago to Salina.  Another ancestor is Johan Augustin Pihl from Sweden.

Do you know any Andersons in Salina, KS?  I'm wondering if I can find relatives there, perhaps in church records.  Also do you know of any people interested in genealogy back in Salina?

I am so grateful for your help.
PS - I've ordered a birth cert. from county clerk.  This may give me his parents' names.  Is there some way I can use that to find brothers, sisters, grandparents, etc.?
