MORSE

Betty Rygiel July 13, 2006
My great-uncle, Robert Morse worked on the County Farm in Reno, Reno Co., KS in 1920.  The census indicates he was a farm hand and his wife, Lila was a farm girl.  The record also shows Lila was born in Kansas.  Would you or someone look in the genealogy records to search if they were married in Reno County or somewhere in Kansas.  I have had much difficulty tracing the Morse roots.  Robert was born in Texas and I have the census record for 1900 showing the family listed.  Thanking you in advance for your help in the search.

McCOY

Debbie Smith Spivey September 13, 2006
I am looking for the family of McCoy. What I know is, one daughter of this family was named Dessie McCoy (not sure of the spelling) she married a Frank Adam or Adam Frank "Smith" and had twins there in Reno county on 04/06/1924. Dessie would of been around 15 or 16 at that time. The twins were boy / girl named Bobbie Lee and Betty Lou Smith. Bobbie Lee Smith was my father. I understand Dessie died when the twins were 7 years old. I know Dessie had people, because I have a great Aunt who told me I look a lot like Dessie sister.  So, I want to find the McCoy side of the family if I can. Can you help me?
thanks

FISHBACK

Dwight Davis September 14, 2006
I am looking for Leofort Cambrinius Fishback or Leo C. Fishback who was in the Reno county area between 1880-1900.  Hannah Francis Holbert Fishback.  They were both from Virginia -W. Virginia.  They lived in Turon and Anthony.  They had two children, James Ray and Murley, brother and sister.  I have no track of him at all.  He was my great grandfather.  His family tree is in ancestry.com and goes back to 1415 in Prussia.  They seemed to be a substantial family but he simply disappeared in Kansas.  I have a photo of he and his family taken in a photo shop in Garden City about 1892 +or- 3 years.  So I know he was in Kansas then.  But I don't believe they lived in Garden city.  Thank you very much for your help.  Please let me know the cost.  Best regards,
