I am looking for the NAYLOR FAMILY. CHARLES NAYLOR owned the NAYLOR HOTEL in ELK CITY around 1930. He was also was a jeweler and owned his own business. His father's name was HARRISON NAYLOR. I would like to correspond with anyone with information on the NAYLOR FAMILY and or connections.

I am interested in finding out about my family in Montgomery county around the Coffeyville area. I was born in Coffeyvile in 1947 to Ina Jean Ebert and Carroll Edward Prather. My mother's Mother was Hazel Argyle and her father was Lloyd Ebert I believe that my great grandparents were Fredrick an Pearl Argyle. Any information would be appreciated. Thanks-Melissa

Seeking information about my grandmother, Lesbia Sherman Halsey, born in Coffeyville, KS on December 5, 1888. She married Arthur Mitchell Hoose, in Coffeyville, on January 14, 1914. At some point in time, they travelled to Carlsbad, New Mexico, where their first of five daughters, my mother, was born on May 5, 1915.

I know nothing of my grandmother's family or history.

Researching Lee Grundy Barker, who was born 1855 in Logan County, KT to Noah Shelton and Martha (Hickman) Barker. He married Anna Marie Little 1880 in Missouri and died 1920 in Cherryvale, Montgomery, KS. (Note: information unsubstantiated.)

Info (obit?, news) on Philander Bowen (1829-abt 1900) wife Mary Vaux Bowen 1829-1902. Children-Henry Bowen (1853-1900's)& Gertrude Bowen Evans (1864-1939)and Gertrude's husband Frederick William Evans and their children, some who are buried in Cherryvale (or Parsons) cemetery. Bowens or Evans had a 10 acre farm.
I have a picture of a two story white farmhouse surrounded by large trees. Evans family moved out of state in 1910. Are these families mentioned in city or cemetery directory between 1890-1915? Thank you in advance for your info.
