Tips for creating a good query:

Example:

Seeking obituary or burial information on William THARP, b. 5 Aug 1814 in Indiana, d. 5 Dec 1895. William last appeared on the 1880 Chautauqua Co., Kansas census in Salt Creek Twp. His daughter Polly Ann Tharp married Simon P. KREPPS in Chautauqua County 6 April 1886 they later lived in Oklahoma. William's date of death came from a family Bible, but it gave no state, town or cemetery. Would appreciate corresponding and sharing with anyone having information on the William THARP or Simon KREPPS families.
