Obituary of  IRIS BELLE DULL
Iris Belle FUNK, daughter of William and Ellen M. FUNK was born near Kirksville, Iowa, Nov 17, 1889 and departed from this life at the Lynch Hospital in Fairbury, NE, July 14, 1942, at the age of 52 years, 7
months and 16 days.

She was united in marriage to George Edward DULL,
Dec 17, 1917. To this union one daughter was born.

She leaves to mourn her passing her husband and daughter of the home, one sister, Mrs. J.H. RICKERT of Selma, IA and two brothers, Dawson FUNK of Cedar, IA and James FUNK of Ottumwa, IA, one brother, Frank proceeded her in death.

She united with the church in early life and has always been an active member. She came to Kansas together with her husband and infant daughter in Oct, 1919, settling in the Pleasant View neighborhood, where she will be remembered and missed for the many services which she gave so willingly to the community.

The funeral service at two-thirty o'clock at the Pleasant View Methodist Church, was conducted by Rev.
I.C. WILLARD of Garrison, KS, assisted by Rev. J. Holland VERNON of the Pleasant View and Morrowville Charge.

Interment was made in the Washington City cemetery. Those who came from a distance to attend the
funeral of Mrs. Ed DULL were Mr. and Mrs. J.H. RICKERT of Selma, IA, Mrs Harold RYSDAN, Mrs and Mrs. James FUNK and Mr and Mrs David FUNK of Ottumwa, IA, Mr and Mrs Dawson FUNK of Cedar, IA, Mrs. O. DAVIS of Batavia, IA, Mr and Mrs Leslie WELLS of Verdon, NE, Mr and Mrs. Ernest WELLS of Narka, Mr and Mrs. Austin WELLS, Mr and Mrs Rex WELLS, Miss Clara GWIN and Mrs. Elmer FISER, all of Manhattan (Kansas)
