| NAME, DATE OF DEATH: Ivan E. Burgess, 86, died Friday,
Oct. 12, 2001, at Hays Medical Center. DATE OF BIRTH and LOCATION: Feb. 10, 1915, in rural Rooks County, Kansas PARENTS: Francis and Dora (Stithem) Burgess SURVIVORS: Two sons, Dale, Pueblo West, Colo., and Rex, Plainville; two daughters, Eleanor Buss, Stockton, and Helen Beecher, Larned; two sisters, Ida Towns and Marjorie Diebel, both of Evans, Colo.; 12 grandchildren; and 20 great-grandchildren. PRECEDED IN DEATH BY: His wife, Ruby L. (Nutsch) Burgess, brothers, an infant sister, and a great-grandchild |
