Codell, died Sunday, April 14, 2002, at the Rooks County Nursing Home,
Plainville, Kansas DATE OF BIRTH and LOCATION: June 3, 1903, near Codell, Kansas PARENTS: John W. and Bertha (Carver) Lamb SURVIVORS: Three daughters, Geraldine Davenport, San Antonio, Genevieve Zeigler and Genette Keas, both of Plainville; seven grandchildren; and 20 great-grandchildren PRECEDED IN DEATH BY: Her husband, J. Merle Nelson, a daughter, Gwendolyn Nelson, an infant son, a brother, Everett Lamb, a sister, Lottie Rolfe, a half-sister, Lennice Smith, a half-brother, Victor Lynch, and a grandson |
