Obituary of WILLIAM HORACE TRAXSON
William Horace Traxson, who farmed for many years 2 1/2 miles west of Angola, died at 2:05 o'clock this morning (Aug 19, 1946) at Medical Center in Coffeyville. He had been ill since falling and breaking a hip three weeks ago.

Traxson was born Oct. 6, 1872, in London, England. He is survived by his wife, Hattie B. Traxson: Two sons, Frank, rural Mound Valley, and Lovell, of the home: and five daughters, Mrs. James Hart, Independence, Mo: Mrs. Clarence Hart, rural Mound Valley: Mrs. Ivan Starr, Chanute: Mrs. Lyman White,
Liberty, and Mrs. Joe Murray Nickerson.

Funeral services will be at 2:30 o'clock Wednesday afternoon in the Angola Methodist church. The body will be returned to the Traxson home tomorrow evening. Burial will be at Richland cemetery.

The Sperry funeral home is in charge.
