Obituary of JAMES DAVID BYRD
James David Byrd, 9-month old son of Mr. and Mrs. Tom Byrd, rural Oswego, died Thursday, Jan 10 at 5 p. m. following a brief illness. Survivors besides the parents are the grandparents Mr. and Mrs. Charles Wolfe of Chetopa, and Mr. and Mrs. John Byrd of St. Joe, Arkansas. 
Services were held Friday at 2:30 pm in the Miller Chapel in Chetopa, conducted by Rev. V. F. Cloninger, pastor of the Chetopa Baptist Church. Burial was in the Oak Hill Cemetery.
