Obituary of ELIZABETH "BETTY" VONFELDT MOORE |
Elizabeth "Betty" VonFeldt Moore, 55, former Walker
resident, died Monday, March 18, 2002, at Penrose Hospital, Colorado
Springs, Colorado. She was born August 2, 1946, at Hays to Acquiline and Irene Gerstner Von Feldt. She attended Walker Grade School and Victoria High School. She was an accountant at Mountain Air Oxygen Company in Alamosa, Colorado. She was president of the Valley Humane League in Alamosa, Colorado. Survivors include: her mother, Irene VonFeldt, Salina; and one sister, Carol Sander, Fairfield, Iowa. Her body was cremated and the family will receive friends from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday, March 24, at Cline's Mortuary of Hays. A vigil service is at 6:30 p.m. Sunday, followed by a Victoria Daughters of Isabella rosary at 7 p.m. both at the mortuary. Memorials are suggested to Valley Humane League, PO Box 985, Alamosa, Colorado 81101, or Masses. |
